Step 1: Contact us to make your initial enquiry

Deciding to move is a big decision for anyone. We welcome your call or enquiry online so we can speak with you about your personal requirements, answer any initial questions you may have and even make a time to show you through our properties in a private appointment.

Step 2: Receive an information pack and arrange a private viewing appointment

Once we have spoken with you about your preferences, we will send you an information pack by post or email. The information pack will include a frequently asked questions document, village information and floorplans with pricing options.

We will contact you a couple of weeks after we have spoken with you to ensure you have received the information pack, answer any questions you may have and offer to show you through your property of interest at a private appointment.

Step 3: Secure your new home

Should you decide to purchase, you sign a non-binding registration of interest document and pay a fully refundable application fee to reserve the residence for you whilst you sell your home.

Step 4: Finalise your contract and move in

Once you have a settlement date for your home, we prepare the contractual documents required under the Retirement Villages Act and meet with you at the required times to sign the different sections of the contract.

Once this process is completed, you can move into your Eldercare home and settle into your new hassle-free lifestyle.
